Located inside a national park, this basic accommodation offers a perfect escape to nature. the 3-hour hike is rewarded with a quiet and calming beach, where the sound of the sea sets the perfect ambiance. the staff, especially Francisco and Julia, are attentive and the combination of hills, beach, and ocean provides a picturesque setting. the food is tasty and the cabanas offer a little piece of paradise.
The bed in the cabana was not very comfortable.

We loved our recent stay at Playa Brava! The challenging 3-hour hike through the lush jungle was an adventure in itself, and when we finally arrived at the secluded beach, it took our breath away. The well-maintained and clean property offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so peaceful. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and even though swimming wasn't allowed, we still enjoyed wading in the water. we highly recommend this unique and tranquil destination for nature lovers seeking a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing time at this secluded beach location. The hike through the jungle was challenging but worth it for the beautiful surroundings. Our private cabana right on the beach provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The on-site restaurant had delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The sound of the waves crashing at night was soothing and added to the overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the facilities were basic but clean and functional.
Although the hike to the hotel was exhilarating, it could be difficult for some due to its challenging nature.

The calm seas allowed for a refreshing swim, and the surrounding woodland made for a stunning hike. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The meals provided were surprisingly tasty, and the portions were generous. Although there were some challenges with the WiFi signal and the cost of bottled water, we were able to disconnect and fully appreciate the serene atmosphere. We also loved the privacy of our own cabina, with a comfortable bed, mosquito net, and a hammock. it was a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience.
the staff recommended hiking to a nearby waterfall, which was beautiful but not ideal for swimming. It was also a bit challenging to reach the hotel, with a long and uphill hike from the town.
